Our shelf company services allow clients the flexibility to choose in more certain terms when to enter the market with little fuss and no delays. Corporate secretarial services
provide after sale support in regard to newly-purchased companies in preparing notifications or changes to the courts or other reporting bodies.
Other outsourcing services, such as our accounting services or
payroll services provide further on-going support with compliance issues, most importantly in the areas of corporate taxes and statutory reporting. We are also willing to act under a duly authorised power of attorney on our clients’ bank accounts to facilitate payments, typically to government bodies to avoid delays and severe penalties.
Domiciliary services are available to clients in need of a registered address or substance offices. If local management is necessary Trinity is also able to offer personal directorships supported by appropriate client indemnities.
Based on our experience in the market we are also able to recommend to our clients, on an informal basis, companies in other sectors of the market which may be of interest to their operations.
