The liquidation process in Poland takes, at a minimum, six months. During the process we assist the client and/or his external advisors in all areas of the liquidation from its opening and registration, through preparation of necessary financial statements during the process, to the closure and de-registration of the company from court, tax, statistical and social security offices, where applicable.

We may also perform fiduciary duties acting as "liquidator". In such situation we would prefer that all commercial issues such as staff dismissal and settlement of liabilities have been concluded prior to commencement of the liquidation process. Sufficient funding or guarantees from the mother company should also have been made available to complete the liquidation process.
